Job Responsibilities

Candidates selected for these roles will be expected to work on major engineering projects related to power plants, industrial systems, and energy solutions.

Engineer Trainee (ET) Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing power equipment and industrial systems.
  • Work on testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing machinery and engineering solutions.
  • Support quality assurance and maintenance of industrial systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement new technological innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Supervisor Trainee (ST) Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day supervision of engineering projects at BHEL sites.
  • Monitor project execution, ensuring all work aligns with safety and quality standards.
  • Work closely with engineers and technical teams to coordinate project activities.
  • Handle material management, workforce coordination, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain work efficiency.

Selection Process

    • Aptitude & Reasoning (25%)
    • Technical Knowledge (50%)
    • General Awareness (25%)
  2. Interview (Only for Engineer Trainee):

    • Candidates who clear the CBT for the Engineer Trainee post will be called for a personal interview.
  3. Document Verification:

    • All shortlisted candidates will need to submit original documents for verification.
  4. Final Merit List:

    • The final selection will be based on CBT scores + Interview Performance (for Engineer Trainee).
