Training & Probation
Candidates selected as Management Trainees (MTs) will undergo training for one year, after which they will be eligible for absorption as Administrative Officers (Scale I) based on performance. If performance is unsatisfactory, the company reserves the right to terminate employment.
Post-training, candidates will be on probation for one year, extendable by six months. The company may terminate services if the candidate is found unsuitable.
Service Conditions
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India as per company requirements. Fieldwork in rural areas is an essential part of the job. If a candidate resigns or is terminated during training/probation, they must compensate the company for the average training cost incurred.
Bond & Liquidated Damages
Candidates must serve AIC for a minimum of two years after absorption in Scale I, failing which they must pay liquidated damages:
- Resignation within one year of absorption: ₹4,00,000
- Resignation between one to two years: ₹2,00,000
A bond must be executed by the candidate and two financially sound sureties (not blood relatives) in the prescribed format.
Emoluments & Benefits
- Management Trainee Period: ₹60,000 per month (consolidated pay).
- After Absorption in Scale I: Basic pay of ₹50,925 in the scale of ₹50,925-2,500(14)-85,925-2,710(4)-96,765.
- Gross Emoluments: ~₹90,000 per month (varies with posting location).
