Job Responsibilities

• Design architecture encompassing software, hardware, and communications to meet current and future cross-functional requirements.
• Conduct analysis and create common queries and functions.
• Investigate data validation issues and implement corresponding data engineering solutions.
• Maintain the integrity and availability of common views and Kusto functions.
• Ensure systems comply with agency IT architecture standards and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
• Supervise and provide direction to staff on a daily basis.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, Synapse, Kusto, Databricks, Data Pipelines, SQL.
• Experience in broad technology delivery with custom development using various languages.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship on software engineering design, and analyze alternatives for technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to apply fundamental concepts on technical assignments.
