- Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience working as a UX Designer on scaled, consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience with industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Figma, Principle, etc.).
- Portfolio highlighting design principles for web or mobile platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Grow with Google, UX Design, or similar.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms (e.g., Android, iOS, and Web).
- Experience working within existing design systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
- Aesthetic excellence, i.e., color, layout, motion, typography, etc.
